Overall, I had a good time at the resort, especially with the water park and spacious villa which my kids enjoyed. The staff was friendly, but there were some issues with service and communication. The location is tranquil, but quite removed from the main attractions, so be prepared for some travel. Dining options were limited, and early restaurant closing was a downside for our family.
